1. The service
GoTravelora is a free, multilingual travel directory covering destinations in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and other countries. We aggregate publicly available information about places, attractions, restaurants, and hotels, and publish editorial guides to help travelers plan trips.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site.
- Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content through our forms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin areas, APIs, or any backend system.
- Use automated tools to overload, probe, or disrupt the Site.
3. User submissions
When you submit a business, review, claim, or any other content, you grant GoTravelora a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, translate, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating the Site. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
4. Third-party content
Some place data, photos, and map tiles originate from third parties (OpenStreetMap, Wikimedia, Unsplash, government tourism portals, etc.) under their own licenses. We attribute sources where required. GoTravelora is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party sites we link to.
5. Advertising
The Site may display advertising provided by Google AdSense and similar networks. We do not endorse advertised products or services and have no control over their pricing, quality, or legality.
6. No travel-agent relationship
GoTravelora is an informational directory, not a travel agency or booking platform. We do not sell trips, accommodations, or tickets. Always confirm prices, opening hours, visa requirements, and safety information directly with the official provider before traveling.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or current, nor that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTravelora and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site.
9. Intellectual property
The GoTravelora name, logo, and original editorial content are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back, but you may not re-publish entire articles without written permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for users who breach these Terms or whose behavior risks harm to other users, partners, or the Site itself.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of operation. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
